Dispatch

Windows-based software to start a dispatch system for fleet management and businesses from retail to healthcare by controlling multiple subscriber units on the same network.

• The dispatcher can choose to monitor the same or a different audio received from left and right speakers using a Selected tile or an Unselected Tile.

Security

• DES 56-bit encryption for NXDN and DMR mode.

Indoor Location

• Location of radios inside a building can be tracked efficiently using a BLE Beacon and a BLE Gateway.
• 2 RF systems and a Bluetooth system to send BLE data to a location server.
• IP and Serial connections enabled for an NXDN Conventional/Trunking or DMR Conventional console. Connectable repeaters and radios vary depending on the IP/Serial connection.
• Target radios for Indoor Location are limited to portables.
• Device location data is obtained in intervals or by an event (e.g., an emergency).

AVL / Dispatch

• Location Management for up to 1,500 subscriber units.
• Auto & manual polling, Lone worker, GPS time mark, Geo Fencing, Track units, Go to home position, etc.
• Position log & play.
• Multi-role dispatching functions, including IP Voice dispatch console, AVL/fleet monitoring and mapping, and call log/event sharing.
• Exports to KML or CSV format.

Other Features

• Flexible and scalable: The low-cost initial package is upgraded by adding user-selectable optional licenses.
• Supports diverse digital radio systems & IP interfaces, including DMR Trunking 2.5.
• Server stores all communications log and data (e.g. GPS, status, messages, audio, etc.).
• Server managed user levels, configurations, permissions: Register up to 30 users with 10 simultaneous logins.
• Import/export asset lists such as unit, group, and fleet via TSV format; Manual/auto asset list creation.

Software License

• The KAS-20E can be customised and scaled by adding and authenticating software licenses.
• Currently available licenses include Multi-client, Voice Recording, RF System, DMR Tier III, Location Management, Voice Dispatch, and Voice Path.
• All of the existing licenses authenticated with the previous software KAS-20 can be used as is, even after upgrading to the new KAS-20E.
